The hotel has nice rooms with balconies that need some tender, love and care to bring back their spark. The service was friendly but lacked full knowledge of the hotel account. The location is fairly good, although below average customer service and aging infrastructure are evident. The dining experience is good overall, with an excellent salad bar, but some dishes were disappointing.
